okay, i hear u guys but my xbox is moded. i dont know what im gonna b able to do if the heat gun doesnt work.

x clamp replacement fix for e74 still not working
I replaced the xclamps and put a nice smooth layer of artic silver 5 on the cpu and gpu chips. i put the heatsinks back on (not too tight not too loose). put the mother board back in its chassis, put the power button back on. i put power to it and turn it on. i get 3 red lights for about 4-8 seconds...
