Thx for all your support. I've just did it with simple Intro/Device then reset the console within 1sec. It worked!!! I've got it in vendor mode and patch it with ix1.6. It's working perfect now. I probe it with UFC and it's working.

Anyways, is the FW on the drive 1.4 or older or is it 1.5? I'm not sure. How can I find out? Thanks a lot. My real problem is to put it in vendor mode.
