thank you, really appreciate your help, in all the videos there using a connectivity kit and there opening and closing the drive with it, does this still have to be done when the drive has already been flashed with modded firmware and just needs updating or can i just load up the firmware with iprep...

thanks for the help, ive always just used iprep with a sata cable into my sata card on the pc for flashing benq drives.
ive never used jungle flasher , always d/loaded the firmware from xbins and used the usb drive if you know what i mean?

Hi, my friend has a liteon drive which has modded firmware and some sort of soldering inside, can the firmware be updated to the latest using iprep and the latest firmware in the way that you can update the benq drives (thats the only drive i have flashed)
