is there anything I can do with the Dummy.bin, Inquiry.bin, and Identify.bin I have?

I'm using the VIA 6421 PCI card if that's what you're talking about.

I tried that trick, but when I try to install the uniata driver, and select my card, it said "cannot install this hardware". It says "a service installation section in this INF is invalid".

Well I would think this one would work. DosFlash was able to make it into a bootable USB, and it worked fine.

Legacy Devices are enabled.

I'll try that, and it's a 256mb drive.
