so what is ssv1 and ssv2 ive read about? it says it has to be ssv2, what does that mean?

thanks chrislfc, I used xbc to backup my games, ive I checked a couple with abgx and I think there ok, but theres that many settings I would just like to make sure that I have them right, also I read something about ssv2 and am sure 1 of my games is ssv1..as you can see I dont have a clue what am do...
