i tried changed the irq resources to manual instead of auto and assigned all the irq channels to my one and only pci device . It didnt work. My computer is a gateway 9500 with amd phenom

btw when my sata card is plugged in, my light on my computer is not on. When sata card is unplugged, light is on.

my 56k modem works on that same pci slot. Its the only pci slot that i have on the computer. I went into bios and hit pci configurations and it says resources controlled by (auto)escd, pci/ vga palette snoop disabled, pci bar above 4gb, disabled , maximum payload size 4096. anything else that i can ...

When I plug in my sata card, my computer idles but does not turn on. When I unplug my sata card, the computer turns on. I cant get the computer to turn on and need some assistance asap, i need to mod this xbox by tonight. Im running on a gateway 9500. Thanks

yeh it was the computer. Hooked card up to another computer and presto. Thanks alot. Have another problem now. When i put in my backup copy of Call of Duty 4, it says Mixed Media Disc. I cant open it. Y?

my onboard sata says primary controller but it says dosflash compatible only.

when i try my onboard sata, it switches really fast back and forth between 0x01 and 0xd1. when i hit the power button, nothing happens. On my via when i hit the power button it switches. Since it switches, doesnt it see the drive?

checked sata ports and pci slots. Tried two different sata cables . Nothing. Still getting 0x7f

im new to this modding xbox 360 thing and encountered a problem. Im flashing my benq drive in iprep and my status toggle starts out at 0x7F. when i hit the power button on my xbox it goes to 0x01. then when i hit the power button again it goes to 0x81 then back to 0x01 really quickly. does anyone kn...
