I do all my flashing with iprep simply because I prefer the stability of a dos enviroment but this works a treat for the hit drives
I had major problems with the hit just hanging whilst attempting the dump! until I de-coupled the drivers & ran it soley thru portIO

awh what a pain in the ass. do you have to this only with liteons? i must of missed that in the tut somewhere. thanks for the reply. yep.. as cofree says ;) u will need a an RS232 adapter or even better a purpose bult circuit like the CK3 or Extractor no chance in dumping the key without this! also...

Not all people with VIA cards have the freezing problem. If you notice in the video, I have a VIA card and as you can see, the process went perfectly. sounds like a problem with your controller - not a good sign // as lilrev says if u have problems dumping then it's risky to flash!
