are the newer xboxes less prone to the RROD???? i haven't really heard.

that's what i thought, just wanted to make sure, but if the drive in the new unit can be dumped, i should be able just to import that key to the old flashed drive correct. Through jungleflasher.

i have looked all the net and can't find the correct key combo to reset my arcade edition back to 'pull it out the box' factory condition. The dash version is 2.0.7371.0. Please let me know if anyone out there knows.

I think i know the problem. i didn't think when i did it after getting visibility back to the drive, but i didn't enter the source dummy firmware just the target, so the key was never spoofed before flashing. alright, i got through the tutorial until the part for the liteon erase. everything was just fine. I hit the erase and it went through but return no real vendor information after i powered the drive off then back on within a second. no i think i have bricked a brand new drive. i still have the files...
