I'm having the same issues with Bioshock 2 - it seems to need the same Video_E2FA3A26.iso. My modded Xbox is 100% unbanned and 100% offline, and I flashed my BenQ drive with the 1.6 non-stealth FW. So I really don't care about SS files etc. I just can't find the technique to convert the Wave into so...
