I just switched to my XP drive and got it done that way :D
but for future uses I will probably use the DOS method.

Everything is in the same folder, I ran my firmware files through FW Toolbox and they checked out fine. I am not sure what Vista's UAC agent is but as fare as permissions for firmtool, everything in the security tab is set to full control.
