Burning with Mac
Hey guys, do any of you use a Mac to burn your games? I've tried using the built in disk utility but none of my games are working. Just trying to see what program mac users use. Thanks!

Re: 10 technologies that will define 2011
I'm thinking about getting the Nook Color and rooting it. I started reading again and it would be nice to have all my books in one place. I'm not sure though. You can buy a lot of books with $250, or you could just go to the library and get them for free. I've also heard you can download ebooks from...

Kinect games
Hey everyone, Merry Christmas!
I basically got gift cards this year and am thinking about buying a Kinect. What have your favorite games been so far?

Re: PS3 USB modchip claims to run "backed-up" games
The only thing I don't like so far is that it's hardware. When Sony fixes this thing, will the hardware itself become useless?

I got it. I forgot that you have to make folder /1234567/12345 and place the FW in the last folder too.

Re: Upgrading Liteon from 1.6 to LT 1.1
Yea, tried that. Do I have to do do the eject tray/power off/half close/power on cycle before doing flit etc.? If so, I still don't see how that would make a difference when it says it can't find the FW.

Re: Upgrading Liteon from 1.6 to LT 1.1
Thanks for the reply. I got the new iPrep which (it seems) doesn't allow you to skip the dumping and go straight to the flash. I was all ready to re-dump, but my Xtractor kit stopped working- it wouldn't turn on. After unsuccessfully messing with it, I decided to try to use an older version of iPrep...

Upgrading Liteon from 1.6 to LT 1.1
Hello everyone, it has been a while. Well, I am trying to update my firmware from 1.6 to LT 1.1. I have a DG-16DS drive FW: 74850C. I'd really like to use iPrep as JF always freezes for me. I do have the Key/Identify/Inquiry/Dummy files from when I flashed before, but I'm not sure if the key is vali...

Re: Thinking about a PS3
I think I'm gonna stick with my 360 for now. I talked to some people who use PS3 Media Server to stream movies to their 360s. Apparently the 360 can play 1080p movies this way. If that's true I don't really need a bluray player. They also said if I'm going to stream media I might as well just have a...

Thinking about a PS3
Hellooo everybody. I want to start off by saying I don't want this to be a 360 vs PS3 thread, not at all. I have a 360 and I'm happy with it, but recently I've been thinking about getting a PS3. Why? 1) Media syncing. I could spend $100 for the wireless adapter, but I hear that the PS3 is really goo...
