thanks guys but when i dump the 79 and it gets to the point were you flash which i dont want to flash it do i have to flash or can i just restart it and it will play original games?.and then spoof the 78 with the dumped firmware and drivekey from the 79? sorry for all this i get all you have told me...

You mean you sent it to CoFree maybe? I don't remember ever seeing it. But if he said it looked good, then it probably did. It has to be something with the key. When you restored it, did you try it in the 360 to see if it would play originals or did you restore it and immediately re-flash it?
