I have a friend who has a hitachi 47 or 78 that has a dead laser, I have the OFW and key of this bricked 79 do you think I could pull the older PCB and flash it with the 79 fw? or do I have to have 79 PCB? I have never had to spoof anything, so I'm a little confused

I hope there is a way recover a Hitachi 79. I was using Jungle flasher 1.51 to update from 1.4F/W to 1.51, I restored the drive to OFW but when I went to flash w/ HFW jungle flasher locked up and now the drive is not responsive nor is it detected by windows or jungle flasher.
