Getting unreadable error
On my backups, not originals. I get this error on certain parts. There are no physical scratches on the disk and they worked fine a few days ago.
What could be the problem?

Re: Open tray error on benq
Well I used jungleflasher. I had to do the half tray thing. I clicked on benq unlock, then read. Then I clicked on read and clicked yes for autoload spoof or something like that. I went to see if the firmware was right and it said it was the 1.6. I clicked on write and it wrote but none of the games...

Open tray error on benq
Hey guys, I just flashed my benq drive to 1.6. I believe I did it successful, I followed a tutorial to the letter. I had a backup already made with the set layerbreak and burned at 2.4 and another at 4. Neither of them work. My originals work fine but the backups just say "open tray" on th...

Re: Would this be all I need?
Aright sounds like I won't have to spend more money :D I do have another 360 in my house that will be used only for originals and XBL. So even if I did get banned on the flashed it wouldn't have been such a big deal. Well I will order the Via 6421 and the disassembly kit as soon as I can :D edit: Sc...

Re: Would this be all I need?
That's great to hear, but I heard somewhere that using the 360 to power the drive while flashing can give you a higher chance of being banned.
If this is a false statement let me know. I would rather not have to pay for something I don't need.
