Before I do this. Don't you think its a bit wierd that both the drives will not spin up at all with or without disks.

And where is the eject button? I presume you mean on on the actual DVD drive and not the one on the front of the console.

Ok I tired the enable0800 but the drive wont even eject. I did notice the lights on the front of the Xbox. it lights 1 light out of the ring and then lights the 2nd light (in a clockwise direction when the xbox is laid down) red. The original drive wont eject the disk tray and it wont read disks.

I have flashed it once. I have the sam-ofw/cfw from teh flash on my desktop. I have had goes myself without knowing what I was doing, which isn't the best idea I know. As for the drive I am using, its a kingston 1gb. Again I have used this to flash once already. I do recall as I was doing the 10 sec...
