If it was me and there was the space I would simply create a 20GB partition and install Windows XP on it.

Use this solely for flashing etc, that is if you have access to Partition software and an XP disc.

You would now have a dual boot system and the best of both worlds.

Added the extenson ".bin" to the end of that file and loaded it into Firmware Toolbox. It's the right size BUT it's not your key buddy. Looks like BenQ CFW iXtreme 1.51 with the key of 77777777777777777777777777777777. You could of tried File Recovery software on the USB Drive but I think ...
