Re: J-Tag for dummys?

you can RGH your console which is virtually the same as a j-tag. you can only RGH console dashboards upto 14716. This method requires a Cool Runner chip.

I'm sure that there's something in the works. I'm really surprised that nobody is updating the site with news much anymore. I haven't seen cofree post any videos or anything. Must be the dog days of summer.

Re: LT 3.0, can i use backups(DVD burned media) to repatch

You can extract the image using img burn. select create image file from disk, once extracted, you can patch the image with abgx, then re burn... pretty straight forward... Hope this helps.

Re: JTAG question, halfway there

the next thing that you need to do is ensure that you have good NAND dumps. google an app called jtag tool. you will need to get your cpu key before you can go any further.
try this website: http://tech-modz.net.

Re: Flashing Nand to a Second Unit

there are 2 ways to get the drive key from the NAND. the first thing you need to do is look to see what dash version you have. If it is 7371 or lower then you can get it from your NAND. Re: Flashing Nand to a Second Unit

The Nand is specific to the console that came from. The Keys in the Nand are specific to the fuse set thus can only be used in the mobo that it came from. What is the purpose of your question?
