i have the ck3 i if i buy the via can it be done in windows or will i need to use dos

have a liteon 74850c try to flash and failed the drive will not eject

question do i have to have the VIA VT6421A dont have the card if get one do i still need to flash in dos with iprep
or can i use jungle flash
