Hi, Yes i have a usb to hand (The one i use for IPrep) but i cant make a dump of the drive in the first place.
What will dosflash do?

Im using Iprep 12.2.2 i think from Rhpg downloads section. I tryed using jugnle flasher but it was not picking up the drive, Also how do i install the port I/O drivers? The console can play games now i think as i did not erase the drive at all. I would see if the firmware had a good key but its not ...

It works fine, Its just not flashing.. once it read's it loads the new page where i should be writing firmware ect ect and it says ***Error*** unknown source firmware. I tryed flashing my BenQ drive today using iprep and kept getting a error. So what exactly does the Flux do? and all you have to do is get the flux underneath and then just heat it up in circlular motion?

The way i done it was by using Iprep only. Press R to read, But once its read and the cfw is built, Swop drives to the new one. Plug it in and then hit E to erase n the W to write. Worked fine for me,

Just done it and it does work. Maybe this will be useful for people in the future who don't like using jungle flasher but like Iprep. was quick simple and easy.

IS that using Jungle flasher? Would it be posible in Iprep to use the original drive to build the cfw, then swop the drives and then hit erase n then write onto the new one? Wouldnt that then just write the cfw including the key onto the new drive?

Hi, I did infact have the key saved somewhere from the first flash. Cheers, All done now. when i unbricked it did it put lite touch firmware on through iprep? As this was probably the one in the cfw. Have not done a xbox since before all the banning so havent been keeping up. thanks for that tho.
