Robin Hoods Playground

ok i've tried 3 times with the same results, is there an alternative way you'd suggest or something to add to the instructions?

So i do what the instructions call for, even used the same movie he did and it got all the way to the second to last row then froze up but i waited and it said the volume serial number wasn't correct.. does anyone know how to fix that? because it didn't finish the last row it just stopped at second ...
