Robin Hoods Playground

Hi all
Just received a R4 and wanted to try it with my DS lite.
Followed the tut for decompressing and copying files onto it and put he R4 in the DS and after the welcome screen, it is stuck on loading and the light is turning Red
What could be the problem

Tried the same exact isos with another burner (LG) and everything is OK.
So apparently it was a problem with my burner (It is a Sony)

A friend of mine lend me a LG burner and everything is OK now.
So the problem was my SONY burner

Verbatim +R DL and I don't think that it is a bad batch as The first ones worked with no problems

The reason why I am asking is because I made some coasters lately and suspecting either IMGBurn (That's what I am using now) or a problematic burning ( using Sony DVD RW DW-Q30A ).

I asked a friend of mine to lend me his LG burner for a try and I will be fixed

When I tried to prepare my USB memory stick and when loading the liteon 1.6 FW in the Iprep v9 I have 'No valid firmware loaded' error message

Any clue will be welcommed

Yes the other backups are working but were burned a while ago, so something might turned wrong meanwhile.
So what do you think about this

Don't you think that It can be a bad burn (Burner problem).
Didn't have time to check with another burner.
So If I understood well, this problem can't be a IXtrem flash problem?

JUst checked the jf.log and giving:

Auto-Loading target file D:\traiter\Game tools\XBOX360\1.51\JungleFlasher.0.1.51.Beta\JungleFlasher v0.1.51 Beta\firmware\ix151-liteon.bin

So the drive has been flashed with IX1.51-liteon.bin

So I wonder what would be the problem

might be my burner also even if there is no error messages when burning using imgBurn 2.4.2.0
I will try to burn an iso with another burner if I can borrow one from a friend

Thanks for the fast reply all my old games work flawlessly. I have only problems with the wave3. what can I do about that. I saw that many people have problems with the FW 1.6 with the liteon drive. Do you suggest that I should wait or will it be a good step if i flash my liteon drive with the FW 1....

Hi I flashed my liteon from FW 1.5 to 1.51 and now I can boot the Wave 3 games but after a while an error says that the disk is unreadable. Can it be a bad flash? I must mention that the wave 3 games that I tried are copies from a Kreon drive ( Metallica )and downloaded also ( Metallica & Sacred...
