im having a problem wit thw samsung still its new so its no keys in it how can i flash it

can someone tells me how ican find firmware without usin Xbins cause its not woring

how can i get FIRMWARE without using xbin???? can any one help me plsz

its not lettin me read it i click on it and nothin pops up

thankszzz so wat programs do i need to do the one from the system

i need help to flash my samsung with VIA chip.... and one question do u need to replace the drive or u can use the original??? and how can i get the FIRMWARE?????? i try xbins and its not downloadin it
