Re: The new connectivty Probe II 2

From what I understand, you do not need the LT switch. It is built into the V2 probe.

Re: LT Video Tuts

I'm not sure if you will need the LT switch to use the v2 probe. I don't think you will. If my thinking is right, the LT switch is built into the v2 probe. You don't actually need either a probe or a LT switch to get the job done, but will probably be a whole lot easier that way.

Re: LT Video Tuts

There is at least two traces you have to cut on the 8's and 9's. Depending on which way your comfortable with. The way that I am comfortable with requires you to cut three traces. On top of that, soldering in a switch to manipulate the voltage going to the flash chip to trick the controller into giv...

Re: LT Video Tuts

With the exception of lite-ons 8xxx v2's and the 9xxx's, its the same procedure with jungle flasher. The 8xxx v2's and the 9xxx's are exactly the same with their procedure and as soon as I get the next chance, I will be doing a vid tut on them. I just don't know when that will be though.

Re: jflasher wont detect drive

For the lack of a better way to describe it, hitachi's can be a royal pain in the back side. Picky as all get out and very uncooperative. In my experience, a new hitachi (I know, no such thing anymore) would be easy as pie to take care of, but as it aged some, they would become very flaky. I think m...

Re: BENQ LT

I've flashed a few and it works great so far. As far as iprep. I think you might should wait just a little bit. I think they need to test and see if firmtool will handle building a new firmware based off the Benq LT. It may need more than just a new ixdef file.

Re: benq LT/new jungleflasher released

Testing has to be done to see if firmtool handles the new LT for the BENQ. An ixdef file may let you load the firmware into iprep, but it may not handle building the new hacked firmware properly. Basically, gonna have ta wait for now, sorry man.

Re: 934 drive

I may be doing one pretty soon. There are a couple of ways out there to wire up the controller board. I am currently looking into which one is the easiest. Since there is cutting traces and soldering involved, I know its not going to be easy for a lot of people. In the mean time, I would suggest usi...

Re: Attention Those Who Smoke Tobacco Products

I don't know anywhere you can get them in a local store that you could just run in and buy one. Online is the only places I've found them. And it does take the right mind set in order for them to fully replace real cigarettes. Your mom would have to accept the idea that she would be replacing them w...

Don't look for hitachi's to get it very quickly if at all. Hitachi's are still on 1.51 while the sammies are on 1.61, Benq, just went to LT. I'm not saying they won't do one for hitachi's, just don't look for it real soon.

Re: CoFree on a trip with the family

Hope all is going well my friend. I take it you don't like SMALL planes, LOL. I don't blame you. I don't like the big ones either. Just something about putting myself in a round metal tube and then propelling it through the air that makes me feel really safe. LOL. It is truly all about the kids and ...
