burner max and Aone discs

Post by shaky »

just thought i would let you know i am using Aones for my back ups i dont get much time to look on here or anywhere as i work long hours i am a single dad with four kids my partner died in a car crash last year , so i try my hardest to work all day which is hard when you have to pay for a nanny to take care of the kids ,
anyway i have asked the question on other sites and i just get abuse and called lazy but there you go , i have set the settings in the eeprom prog options to on but set smart scan to off , in imgburn i set the layer break to 2133520 , i am using a ihas 124 burner and so far so good Aones are burning ok i enjoy doing this as a past time to keep myself going but some people just dont stop and think before they shout :x

Download kprobe2 and test the results of your burns to be sure they are good... set remove the spike, and read speed to 4x when you run the test.

This is what i get with Verbatim MKM-001's, overspeed set, and burned at 4x...

PI is good, but my PIF is too high, should be 3 or less.

The averages are in the "ok" range, but not great (your average is as high as my max, heh). Take a look at the suggestions in this thread, especially the program to edit your burn speeds. Also, try not to run stuff on the computer while burning or testing, it does make a difference.
