Wii

Post by CoFree »

well guys
we are going to be putting up a little more stuff on the wii.
We have been running Mod-chips of one kind or another and just not had the time to mess with it much. :?

I've found a new interest in the wii with some of the homebrew you can run and the ease of use with the gui-fx game loader.
That means no more disc.Just like the old xbox days  :D

Sadalius has done a guide or two.
Also he got permission from "KongsNutz" to post one of his guides on the site.
(great guide got me out of a spot)Hopfuly we will be able to use more of his stuff soon. :? :D
You can find him and his guides here.
http://yafaze.com/forums/index.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
If you have time and are interested in this stuff stop by the site to say hi and let them know your from RHPG :D

I'm working on getting the Wii programs up to date

We are only going to support a few different programs here at the RHPG.
They will be the best one.Count on it. ;)

Number one on the list is the usb loader
"GUI-FX" This is a great wad (Its like a app.It makes a channel on the wii just like the News Channel,Weather Channel ect..) that lets you run game iso from a HD.

I have a USB 250GB seagate loaded. The usb Hd dont need a extra power supply and work good.

yafaze is gone. Is there anywhere else those guides are available?
But there's no sense crying over every mistake,
you just keep on trying 'till you run out of cake.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I was having a little trouble getting New Super Mario to work from a rip to external USB drive. I know if yafaze was still there it would've only taken me a few seconds to figure out I had to update my CIOS instead of the full day that it really took.

There is a new program out called BCA-Editor from FlatMod the only problem is that no one seems to know what numbers to put in the editing.I´ve tried to both "saveBCA" and burn a copy....no luck. And "removeBCA" no luck.
So if anyone know what the numbers are?(Flatmod and Drivekey has a fw that plys the New Super Mario from DVD)
