cios v13

Post by CoFree »

Well guys im not having a good time with this update.
Ive put it on 3 usb HD and it will not find the games on the usb with gui-fx.

I have got the latest update to gui-fx and it dont fix the trouble.
if any of you try this let me know how it goes for you

update
went back to v10 and gui-fx still dont work just right
after you start gui-fx it will not show the covers unless i hit the "A"
then the covers pop on the screen.

i wish i could go back to the older gui-fx but cant figure out how to do this.
with the forwarder.

updater
more work on the wii
well i think the the v13 update has a problem or that the gui-fx channel has trouble
as long as i have the v10 installed things work fine

im having trouble with the seagate drives unmounting from the wii
and having to be restarted before gui-fx will work right

i have run the seagate "drive manger" on them (2) now and set them to never and/or 5 hours
still the same thing it will unmount after a few min of not being used.

man the usb loader
will dump a game fast
that cool
that will about do it for rawdump IMO

CoFree, go up to cios v13b. Then if it don't want to find your games, swap the USB port. I read that it was changed to read the games from the other port for some reason. It did the same thing to me until I changed it to the other port.

If by top port you mean the one if the Wii was laying on its side, yup thats the one that I was using. Once I went to 13b, it wouldn't see the games. Switched the port and it worked fine.

I switched from this port:

To this one:
