Wii Update

Post by commando_lee »

My WII is chipped, also has the home brew channel and set up to load games from hdd, Brought a new game called Pikmin for the kiddys. When the game is inserted it says the wii needs updatin and if its a modded console can cause system instability.

it has 3.1e on.

any ideads?

Latest update is 4.1. It is recommended that you update, but not off the disk. I would install the latest cios, then use waninkoko's 4.1 updater to bring it up to date. That way, you get all the features of the update, but none of the crap that cuts out homebrew and the likes.
