hi guys, does anyone know if all these components will work together and will they all work fine on a 450wat PSU?

Yes, should be a nice setup. Get a good CPU fan to keep that thing cool if you plan on overclocking it. Stock cooler does great, but if you push the processor to get it to 3.2GHz then you'll want something better.

No not looking to overclock the system really, i aint using it for gaming so wont really need to, but would it be worth clocking it up a bit if im only using it for internet browsing, you know with the internet securitys they really slow down your computer these days so why not ill proberly have a go at over clocking once i got spare cash to waste on a new heatsink fan. No probably not worth it in your case. I only mentioned it because I have a problem and can't leave things alone
