Wasabi has a Wii-Clip out for it...anyone have any experience with these apparatuses? I can't see why theyd be any different than soldering a chip directly to the PCB...I mean it'll either work or not work right?

we have a review in the work for this very thing coming soon.

Yes it looks like it will be far better than soldering the mod chip strait to the board.
you solder the chip to the clip nice big solder points.
then just snap the clip over the ic chip.

stay tuned for the review.

With the Wasabi and Wii-clip, there is one wire that you have to solder to the drive board, and thats the F point. It doesn't look that bad though and really beats the snot out of having to solder all the points to the drive board.
