blu ray dvd dl?

Post by pink »

anybody have any suggestions on a solid blu ray burner that is dvd+r dl compatible. i believe my 3yr old memorex is finally throwing in the towel. im looking to upgrade and wondering if a blu ray burner is worth the extra cost or should stick with the dvd+r dl?

I'm still sticking with DVDs. Blu-ray is still too expensive and the drives still too rare.

the 360 still has a lot of life left. i was thinking at some point there maybe a blu ray add on or swap. i do agree the blu ray is too expensive at this point. so, if u were on the hunt for a new dvd+r- Dl burner what would you guys suggest. my memorex has served me well over the years, so i thinking of another memorex. thanx for the responses

I'm having very good results with samsung. Got drives in my desktop and laptop by them. Plus they make the kreons. ;)
