new mobo question?

im looking to upgrade to a i5 or i7 processor. been looking around and i like the gigabyte P55-UD4P. it is about $170. i would have to upgrade my processor and memory. im running a 775 processor intel core2 duo, ddr2 memory on my existing system. . is there a mobo that is compatable w/my existing memory and processor and allow me to upgrade to the i5 or i7 at a later date?
