hi guys,hope you can help me out.flashed an old 59dj last night.it plays originals fine but any backup (xgd3 or xdg2) comes up unrecognised disc!!!!

tried doing some research but not alot of info.could it be weak laser?
backups work on lt3.0 liteons as tested the same time
any ideas?

i think the best guess is its the laser
as long as you know the backups will play in a different console
that 59 is a old as hell drive
