How do I burn the backup

Hello,

I am new to the Wii modding and before I go and try and modify my niece's Wii I need to know how to burn the backup. I am pretty familiar with what is involved in backing up Xbox 360 games, thanks to this site, and am looking to do the same for the Wii. Is there a particular program I must use and are there specific settings and media I must use? And I guess while I am posting I may as well ask what the best way is to mod the Wii. I apologize if the second question does not belong in this post.

Check out this review for the latest modchip. viewtopic.php?f=156&t=1703" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . A wii has to be modded with a chip. No software mods yet.
