What exactly is an Arcade game? Can you only find arcade games on Xbox Live?--for download? Can you buy them on DVD? What happens if you pay for an arcade game download on Xbox Live and then either format your HD, or move to another console...do you lose your arcade game? Is there a line you cross that makes one game an arcade and another not?

yep they are game you buy fron XBL.
there are some of not all that are HD/console locked.
if you take your HD to a different console the only way they will work is if the console is hook to xbl
just like the divx update
