FLASHED BENQ DRIVE WITH 1.41 FIRMWARE

HI Guys
I flashed my BEN Q Drive with the 1.41 version of hacked firmware and its great works a treat no problems as yet touch wood lol, but hey i dint write my drive key down when i flashed the drive, just in case i backed up what was on the iprep memmory stick is there a way of retrieving the drive key from any part of what was on there, because at a guess if my drive packs up i need that key wont i to rewrite it into a new drive etc can anyone please advise me how to extrack this info be much apriecated, thanks in advance guys all the best Stu pot

as long as you have a good dump and you should have two files in the backup folder, named as benq.cfw and ofw. make sure you backup the firmwares in a safe place. you use toolbox here:

for wieving your drive key if thats what you after. if you want to rewrite your drive with a new spare benq then you just copy the key from the old drives firmware and replace it into the new drives firmware. theres more to it but if you do try it you can ask us beforehand

Yes, the original & hacked firmware are on the usb drive, & both contain your key.
The files are located in > Backups/xxxxxxx/xxxxx (x being the numbers used when dumping drive)

• BENQ-OFW.BIN
  BENQ-CFW.BIN

open the backed up firmware in "firmware toolbox" - this will display the key

PS. you really should do this after dumping / before flashing - to validate your dump.
