The new version of pwnage tool has been released. If you have pwnage tool already, you can update by simply opening pwnage tool or you can just download it from the iphone dev team blog site. This will create the custom IPSW to flash with and not just the quickpwn thing where you have to have the official firmware on the device before pwning it.
Winpwn 2.5 is still working out some bugs and will be released a little bit later.
