?: What to do with ix.bin

I had to manually make the custom fw for the benq drive, and i have no idea what to do with the new ix.bin.

Do i put it in the root folder or cfw folder?

Do i rename it to benq-cfw and put it in root folder or cfw folder?

??

any help would be appreciated.

i would just flash it in by doing a restore.
but
use the hacked firmware you made.

look over your other thread it may tell you why firmtool did not run.
