ok all i have my back up original firware BENQ-OFW.BIN how do i get this on my usb stick to boot from usb and flash back my original firmware i cant figure out how to get it on my usb stick

So you backed your original to your computer and then wiped out the usb stick that you used to flash your 360 with? In any case, all you should have to do is mount the stick and copy and paste it back to the stick, unless there is something that I'm not getting here.

Basically you need to set iprep backup on the usb stick. Then open the USB stick in windows explorer. Then go into the BACKUPS folder and create a folder called 1234567 then go into that folder and create another folder called 12345. Then copy and paste your original firmware into that folder. Then boot to your usb stick and run the command rben 1234567 12345 and hit enter. Then follow the instructions. That will restore it back to the original firmware.
