Playing on Xbox live

Post by Freebeer187 »

For a backed up copy of halo 3 (my original is to scratched to play), what would be the safest method to play online? Are there any new SS files for it? Also there is new Ixtreme firmware 1.4 for benq. Is it overall safe? Also what can i do to the disk to make it safe as possible?
cofree is the best!

1st take the backup and make sure the SS file on the disc is good.do this

as long as the ss file is good then the backup is fine.
i would update to the new firmware v1.4 before i went on live.

Keep in mind that you are never completely safe playing a backup on line. Do this at your own risk. Definately follow what cofree said, but realize that playing online with hacked fw and a backup puts you at a far greater risk.
