just popped in this morning to say thanks again to all who offered advice with my box, I had a great evening of gaming last night, which was well deserved after 5 hours of pain!

I've got a friends xbox turning up today, so do not be surprised if you see another thread over the next few days asking for some advice!!!

many thanks to all

You'll probably find this one will go smoothly. Its normally the case that the first ones a nightmare and the rest are a doddle and it leaves you wondering what all the fuss was about. :) :)

I know i sound like a mother hen :?
but
make sure to keep backups of all the files ;)

just keep a copy of the "ofw" that is in the backup folder(as long as it has a good key)

if you are going to start flashing other consoles then make sure to keep a copy of your friends stuff also.
you want to keep a copy off your computer
you know a computer crash and its all gone.

yea man
great job
I remember that filling well myself.
