of course we all want ps3 backups but maybe in time.

I really think if they could get PS3 backups going, there would be alot more PS3 sales. Maybe even give the 360 a run for it's money, LOL!! I'm not saying the 360 is any better than the PS3, just going by sales figures and install base.

I think you are spot on there sadalius.
I was only talking about this the other day with a friend of mine.
The only reason that I do not own a PS3 is because I can not play backups on them yet. My friend said the exact same thing.
If the console was hacked tomorrow I would buy one straight away.

Yellowdog 6.2 is the offical linux operating system supported by the ps3 just google it
