Lite-On Requirements?
Lite-On Requirements?
Does flashing a Lite-On drive require the CK3 or will the CK2 work with R707 soldered together work? Also I know JF has the Lite-On option, is there any real known problems with doing it with JF instead of iPrep. I use JF for all of the BenQ drives I've done. I also use my onboard chipset, nForce 630i.

Re: Lite-On Requirements?
Hey man you gotta use the ck3 because on the ck3, it has the rs232 port and the USB port. On the v2 it doesn't have those. You can still solder but some information has to go through the serial cable or the USB cable, whichever you choose. JF takes both, iPrep does serial cable.

Where did you get your CK3? I think Cofree said modchip.ca but I could be wrong.

I was just going over Cofree's Retailer Review page, and have checked out several sites from there. Thanks again.
