I know this is a nub question but what is it is it a windows based etc please explain difference between iprep?

There's Dosflash 16 and 32

16 is for Dos , 32 is for windows

iPrep uses Dosflash to flash the Firmware and read the firmware etc. iPrpe used to use MTKFlash

what is the difference between 32 and 16 (not gui like its in windows) or does it get the same job done right

dosflash16 is a 16 bit application and will only run in DOS. Dosflash32 is a 32 bit application and runs in windows.
