Quick Question

Post by forsergi »

Hello,
i just had a quick question. My friend returned to walmart an xbox 360 that was flashed somewhat unprofessional, meaning, original firmware was erased and he couldnt write 1.51 on it. is there anything he should worry about? any legal concerts or chances that microsoft will come one day knocking ?
Thanks ahead.

Probably not, just because Wal-Mart does such a bad job of recording reasons returned. But there are exceptions to the rule. The wording here is very cautious. There are so many legalities that plagues a situation like this. Best case scenario if you mess up a drive, your best bet is to have someone from here do it for you. Yeah it may cost you a bit but it's safer. Sadalius does a bang up job for us U.S. folks, but if you live in the UK there's people over there for you as well.
