Kreon drive with schtrom and xbc wont rip HAWK

for some reason using prefered schtrom it wont rip hawk, pops up with sector mapping and gets stuck on 69%. and when i use XBC i cant click on start. drive works fine and backups old games but i cant rip new HAWK. help pls

first try XBC v2.8

then select the kreon drive

unlock and then try dumping

Schtrom is ok but i prefer XBC

make sure the disc is clean and you should be ok

xbc doesnt seem to want to dump the game. the start button is greyed out and so i cant dump the game. i unlock it but nothing works.

what kreon drive do u have, and are you sure it is flashed with the kreon v1.00 FW ?

i have the sh-d136 sata one. i no it works because i have so many backup games. I use the standard settings. but wen i put in HAWK it says sector mapping and goes so slow. took 1 hr to get 1% and dats not right. XBC doesnt seem to wana dump a game. the bottom bit where it lists the games details, saya something about nero api. i dont no wht that is and all of these things have been bugging me and so becomes frustrating. I dont no what 2 do as if all new games cum out im stuck for backing em up. i have also flashed it right as on XBC says the drive and the KV1.00 or sumin. cnt memba.

Close out of all DVD Apps or Burning software Nero, ImgBurn etc.

Download Latest XBC v2.8 and open that up
Put in game like you usually do
Make sure all settings are what they are usually
Unlock the drive
The try to "Read"

Give it a good clean too.

That game will backup

nope still blanked out start button unistalled xbc and everything. unlocked the drive become 6.81 GB

i have no clue what is wrong with the god damm drive. always works for my other games. got like 20 odd games that have been ripped perfectly. took around 8mins. when i try to check the region on hawk for example using the xbc it says that the game partition failed, i dont no if tahts worth mentioning or not but i cant see what is even making it go wrong.

Nice for people to respond but im the UK so its pretty late and my drive can wait another couple of days. Im going to flash my xbox again to 1.51 so the drive is the least of my worries.

well to play hawk you will need the v1.51 firmware
as for the dump
ive not tried it yet
ill pick it up soon.
