(FLASHED) Help drive noise

Hi i just flashed my xbox 360 to iextrem 1.51 with iprep and a thumb drive and it said the flash was successful. my xbox works fine it still playsold games etc. my xbox is pal so i burnt a pal game to test burnt fine as far as i could see. when i put a real game into my PC it says that stuff 'to play this please put it in an xbox 360 xonsole' and it does the same for the burnt disk so im assuming it burnt fine. now heres the prob when i put the burnt disk in the drive it spins a little then starts making a weird clicking noise then spins then clicks, then says open tray.

I reflashed the xbox today still doing the same thing does anyone know what the problem is have i flashed ok or is it the disk? Or anyway i can cheq to see if its done correct

as long as its flashed and playing orig games
then it has to be you backup.
dump your game slow 4x
burn slow 2.4x

and burn on good disc verbatim.
