right i have just spoofed a samsung key into a hit ,it works ok in console i now want to put the latest firmware on which one do i put in,. the samsung or hit firmware .its so it can play the latest games thanks i hope you get what im talking about

i get it

do it just like you did before.
build your sam ix v1.51spoofed firmware and flash it in.
it will over write the firmware that is on the drive now.

thanks for your reply i have gone wrong somewhere i tried what you said but now when i put in console i get one red light can i get the hit back to where its blank and i can start again i just dont get the tutorial about restore its like my minds gone blank thanks for your help

The single red light means your xbox does not detect a drive. Essentially there's nothing readable on your drive. If your drive is empty, then use the the latest hitachi firmware with the samsung key exactly like before. You may want to restore the original hitachi firmware first just to have a solid starting place. Then proceed as normal. Use that firmware as source and the hitachi 1.51 firmware as source with the samsung key spoofed in. Flash and enjoy.

thanks for the quick reply i get what you mean about the doing it again but where im getting stuck is restoring the hit back to o/f i have looked at the vid but the bit where it says open the firmware and use the restor i just dont seem to be able to find that is that an old way or what i tried in j/f but i run into probs there too if i could just get it back to o/f so i can start again i would be more than happy thanks for help
