I think that is the error that is you don't have a floppy drive, check your BIOS settings to make sure that the floppy is disabled.

Thanks everyone I got it. This sites great. I just used my friends computer that had windows xp on it. I will figure out that vista stack problem some other time just wanted to get the drive done. Thanks everyone
