Just read the update on the first post.

So am I right in saying that we are ok to continue as normal for the time being?

My kids play 360 too and when they are in a rush to get a game on, telling them not to accept an update is like talkin to the wall. They would sell their soul to a popup window just to get a game on fast (and they love FIFA 09) ;)

Cheers Cofree

Im gonna keep an eye on things until more info is available.

I think I will have to impose a little "ban wave" of my own until things blow over and I know its safe. Or at least a bit of supervision when the kids are playing.

Beats having to buy another 360 just to go on live I suppose.

why
its part of nature
every thing that is alive will die one day.
The sooner you come to terms with that the better
after you do that
you will no longer sweat the "little" things in like.

I am not quite sure I think its a game update, if it were a system update you would be prompted when you turn on your xbox.

If you decline the update, no xbox live, thats why this was posted up, to give people warning that if you accept the update there may be a chance M$ will flag/ban you.

but, if we read the post people, you can proceed as usual until further notice as the issue is being monitored; but at the same time do so at you're own discretion. . .
