Hi

If I undertsand what you mean, then your TV has a VGA port, correct? And do you use this to view your PC on your TV or does the TV output from the VGA port?

The only way I thought that you could record TV to PC is using a Capture card with the correct inputs that corrospond to your TV.

There are many variations, a simple USB version like this has 2 x Audio, Composite Video and SVHS Inputs:

Yea, thats a media center pc though... You can also watch tv, and browse the internet on your xbox. I have a media center pc + tv tuner card in one of my pc's.

I believe this problem stems from the fact that cainhunpi has no capture card...

Let me rephrase what I said.

I play on gamebattles and i wanted to record the matches on my pc.

is the capture card the easiest way to go?

Thanks :ugeek:

Yeah, that will be the easiest way to go. Personally, I like video capture devices from Hauppage, but the one that was pictured above should work fine for that purpose.

Yea Capture card is the way to go. You can buy that external one, or a physical card for your pc. I would rather buy a card than a USB version, but I guess the USB would be handy for a laptop.
